Verification methods and the role of AI

Official guidance and manuals are collected. AI, including Codex, helps draft comparison items and write programs. Programs check each item's wording and numbers against the originals, and the operator decides what to publish. Items that cannot be verified return to "Under review".

We do not guarantee that every manual has been checked in full or that all comparison items are covered. Check the latest prefectural guidance before submitting.

Sources and links

Information is based on official prefectural guidance and manuals, with source titles and verification dates for each item. We summarize verified facts in our own words rather than reproduce documents. Depending on a prefecture's linking conditions, only the source title may be shown.

We provide general procedural information. We do not prepare individual documents, review entered information or submit applications on anyone's behalf.
